I enjoy the food here. The wait is usually between 10-15 minutes but the food is prepared per order so it's worth the wait. The prices are a little high for the style of cuisine. It is better than a typical fast food burger joint but definitely not as good as a classic mom and pop joint.

Great burgers and fries. Cooked fresh when ordering and staff are very friendly. Can sometimes be a wait if busy. My only complaint is price. Dinner for wife, 6 year old daughter and myself was $43 with tip. No drinks.

This place is an overpriced dump and has been for the 5 years I have been around. The food is awful and the staff ignorant and unprepared for running a burger shack. $55 for 4 Cheeseburgers and 3 regular fries during happy hour. These kids appear to be Evergreeners who are about the most untrained and impolite kids around. They know absolutely nothing about making decent burgers. Not even a huge Gatorade could wash down these awful hockey pucks between stale buns with no fixins. Just plain awful. Mine was so bad I only wanted half then threw the rest away as it was not remotely suitable for saving. We messed up by not going all the way over to Toms where the best burgers are around here.

They used to have good, messy, greasy burgers and I used to recommend them to anyone looking for a good fast food burger. Now the burgers are less substantial, plain, and way too expensive. Last time I got a burger there, I looked at it and couldn't believe I spent nearly $8 on this super-average cheeseburger (the $8 was just for the burger; doesn't include fries or a drink). The goop is good, but everything else about it was forgettable. I won't go back unless the quality and prices change. The happy hour used to be a $1 menu between 2pm and 5pm, and it featured really good deals like corn dogs, and small fries/tots. Now the happy hour menu is $2 per item, which isn't really a good deal for a corn dog or small fries. The staff is very friendly however, and the place is kind of a Westside landmark (for now) so I give it three stars.

"Happy hour" prices doubled, apparently there was a complete turnover in staff and the new staff can't seem to handle more than one car to a side of the building. When you're burger meals are $11-$12 you have to do better in service.
